Guerra 1855's relationship with the world of scouting originated back in 1966, when Livio Guerra was awarded the ASCI (Italian Catholic Scouts Association, now AGESCI) tender for the standardized production of scout hats throughout the country. After decades of experience, well aware of the concrete needs of scouts around the world, we decided to invest considerable resources in the creation and production of Flexible Scout, the first ever foldable scout hat.
A unique hat
Thanks to the use of a next-generation polyester and a unique manufacturing process, the Flexible Scout hat is crushproof and requires no washing or ironing. This means it can be comfortably rolled, folded, tied, and stored inside a backpack without being broken or deformed. To wear it again, simply flatten the brim well and restore the shape of the head by hand-the hat will be as good as new! In addition, it is highly breathable, water-repellent, softer and lighter than the traditional scout hat, and manufactured with total respect for the environment.
One of the reasons for the decline in popularity of the hat in general over time is precisely clutter: where to put it when not in use? Where to rest it without risking ruining it, perhaps by inadvertently sitting on it? Flexible Scout was created to eliminate these critical issues altogether, transforming a traditionally bulky, delicate, and delicate headgear into a comfortable and easily manageable accessory.
