Return policies

Your satisfaction has always been a priority for us, and we ship our hats all over the world with great care and scrupulous quality control by our staff. For any reason, you have the option to return a product purchased on our website within 14 days of receiving your order by promptly contacting our Customer Service Department via email at shop@guerra1855.com.

You can choose between two options:

  • Return and full refund of the full purchase cost on the payment method you used
  • Return and replacement with another product of equal value, from among those currently available on our website

Each product must be returned in perfect condition, complete with any labels and tags, and must be packed carefully preferably in the original box. In case a damaged, altered or incomplete product is delivered to us, we will not be able to proceed with a refund and will be forced to resend the product to you upon payment of the expected shipping costs (12 Euro in Italy and all European Union countries and 45 Euro in the rest of the world).

If you receive a product that is different than the one you ordered or has manufacturing defects (very rare, but possible), we will arrange for the return item to be picked up at your home, bearing the full shipping costs.

If you wish to return the product you purchased because you have changed your mind or it does not meet your expectations, you have two options:

  • Return the product yourself with a traceable shipping service of your choice (postal service or courier)
  • Take advantage of our courier service with home pickup of the return arranged by us, subject to payment of shipping costs of 12 Euro in Italy and all European Union countries and 45 Euro in the rest of the world

If you chose to receive a full refund, the amount provided will be returned to you within two business days of receiving the product at our office. If you chose replacement, your chosen replacement product will be shipped to you within two business days.
